Ice breaker games: Effective bonding tool, necessary evil, or just not something I want to do?
Depends on the circumstance. I was in a musical theatre production once, and we did one on the first night. It was hysterical because theatre people are funny and goofy and show-offs...but we weren't in business attire in a conference room trying to show team spirit.
In business, no. Other times...sure, especially if there's booze involved.
