Generational differences - and light bulbs

Thought I'd try out some new jokes on you and see your reaction.

Q: How many Babyboomers does it take to screw in a light bulb?
A: Not really sure, but they're going to have a day-long retreat to brainstorm on the issue and will report back their recommendations.

Q: How many Gen Xers does it take to screw in a light bulb?
A: Just one - the slacker who blew off the brainstorming session.

Q: How many Babyboomers does it take to screw in a light bulb?
A: The light bulb committee has determined it will take two - one to screw it in and one to supervise.

Q: How many Millennials does it take to screw in a light bulb?
A: All of them. And the worked as a team! And it was the best light bulb screwing any generation ever did - so I gave them all a trophy!

Yes, but what kind of bulb did they use? Incandescent, florescent, Halogen, or Led?

Let's not forget the group hug by Boomers. Koom Baa Yah!

@ Fred - you are correct, I left that out. Once the bulb is screwed in, there will be a group hug and a team building exercise.

But wait! There's more! What about the large post-it notes with step-by-step screwing instructions hung up across the wall? What about process maps and motivational speakers to help you do more efficient screwing? *lmao*

Nice! But I think the answer to the third one should be:

"one to screw it in and another to argue that it is being done all wrong"

I love these! I've been on a generational kick lately and I think these are spot on. How about "How many iGens does it take to screw in a lightbulb?" One, and he will post a YouTube of the experience and retire at 23 on the ad revenue.
