Generations Quiz

Here's a fun quiz to see if you share the same characteristics with the rest of the members of your cohort. I took it - and I am 100% Generation X. (Surprising, I know).

Another interesting fact I've discovered over the years: Babyboomers love quizzes! If you ever have to make a presentation that you are pretty sure will be dominated by boomers, give them a quiz. Not sure exactly why they love 'em, but they do.

By the way, if you know what this image is from, you're probably not a boomer, but an Xer!

You are definitely not a Boomer, because you said sucked! A boomer would have been nicer, angry Xer.

Boomers probably want to talk about how the quiz makes them feel. Then they want to talk about Woodstock and Vietnam.

I miss the days of my grandparents talking about penny candy. So much more interesting than Easy Rider and Dennis Hopper.

In the vein of "imitation is the sincerest form of flattery," I copied your post and blogged about the quiz myself at http://40-nowwhat.blogspot.com/.

I agree, boomers wrote this quiz!

Yeah. I didn't really like that quiz -- it labeled me a Boomer, which I am so not, and I resent the implication. HA!

Check out my decunstructioin of the Tootsie Pop commercial, as emblematic of the Gen Xere predicament.

I guess I'm considered a Baby Boomer--born in 1959, but the quiz said I was Generation X. Maybe it's because I work with teenagers?
